For over three decades he has worked across pharmaceutical and aesthetic medicine, FMCG, property, entertainment and the charity sector, helping organisations clarify who they are, what they stand for and how to express it with honesty and impact.Describing himself as an "Emotional Brandologist", Russell brings together psychology, storytelling and design to show that brands - and people - are built from the inside out. His work spans everything from naming, messaging and visual identity to customer journeys and full brand ecosystems, always with one central belief: people buy on emotion and justify with logic.When he is not developing brands, Russell is creating music, illustrating, and tutoring creative workshops that help people understand themselves better and communicate more confidently.
