Sonia Marie NutritionCHHC, AADP, ACE, FMNP, SRT, AFAA, GT5P, NatMedI've been in the health and wellness field for over 30 years. I'm a mother of two boys 24 and 31. I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts. I competed in Miss Fitness USA for 3 years. I'm also a Functional medicine chef, personal trainer, and certified in the psychology of eating, Gut Thrive Practitioner, Certified Natural Medicine and SRT Certified Subconscious Release Technique. These techniques help with behavior habits of bad dieting and cravings. I've taught Nutrition to clients of all ages and occupations, from FBI agents, Doctors, and Nurses, to ages from 6 to 96. But, my passion is helping women take control over their health with nutrition and support a balanced sustainable lifestyle, so they never have to diet again or worry about their health!
