Sina was born on June 13th, 1967, in Detroit, Michigan, to Breece and Phyllis Higgins. She graduated High School in 1985, enlisted in the Army National Guard, served Three years as a Certified Supply Specialist, and received an Honorable Discharge. By the Grace of God, Sina Graduated from the US Career Institute's Medical Assistant Program in October 2019, at the age of Fifty-Two. It was something she had always wanted to do.
