Autor

No one could be better placed to write about the process of becoming than Wendy Turner-Larsen. She is a professional coach, workshop facilitator, professional public speaker, and brain nutritionist who has decades of experience as a professional psychologist, counsellor, and spiritual pastor. She has an MA in Counselling/Psychology, an MA in Adult Education, and an MSc in Health and Nutrition Education, as well as several certifications in fields such as neuronutrient therapy and hypnotherapy. The insights in Becoming 'You' for Women have formed the basis of her workshops and women's coaching groups as well as the one-on-one counsel she has given to hundreds of women throughout her career. Turner-Larsen believes that true change can only come about through deep, inner work-that's why she applies all of her teachings to herself first. She is passionate about being healthy-emotionally, mentally, and spiritually-and she strives to share her insights to create deep, lasting change in women. Most importantly, she wrote this book because these concepts work. Turner-Larsen infuses her writing with the knowledge of someone who has already walked this path.
