While the incongruity itself is nigh impossible to perceive, the perception of congruity, if one is fortunate enough, is like bathing in the brilliance of a thousand splendid suns. In that moment, one cannot doubt the magnificence and benevolence of life. We all have the capacity to experience this. Embodiment is the great union - Yoga - of body and consciousness.
