Born and raised in Gary, Indiana, Angela's lifelong passion for storytelling was deepened by her nearly two-decade career in pediatrics medical imaging. This background fueled her desire to craft globally minded books that affirm identity and spark curiosity in young readers. She holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Radiologic Sciences and credits her medical career for the discipline she brings to her writing. Her latest children's release, Tutu and Her Little Big Moves, celebrates energy and expression. While accustomed to crafting narratives for children, Angela's core affinity for using visual language led her to create her first memoir offering, Because They're Just Boobs After All.
