No family is perfect, but when the foundation is unstable, a child can often experience a lot of suffering before they finally see the light. But there is light. And the light is a relationship with Jesus Christ. It took me a long time to get there, and often I was hard-headed and determined to do things my way. And there were terrible things that happened to me, terrible things I did to others, and just a whole lot of drama for many years as a direct result of decisions I was making and people with whom I was associating. This is my story. I open up all the flaws and scars. All the ups and downs, and downs and downs and downs, and finally the light. I am a brand-new creation, and it is wonderful.
