Sandy has been a licensed psychotherapist for over 35 years. She's holds master's degrees in Speech Pathology, Counseling and Guidance and Writing Popular Fiction. She holds a PhD in Hypnotherapy. She is also an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Her practice includes tools for the conscious mind, the subconscious mind and the Higher Conscious mind. Thoughts for the day help tune up and balance your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual selves. She's passionate about inviting clients and readers to take a journey of self-discovery to increase awareness and mindfulness, to hear and get to know their Truth within and find greater joy in life. She also loves her family, needlepointing, Pilates and water aerobics.
