Growing up in a small town in Louisiana, writing has always been a passion for Christina. Since elementary age she has been writing poetry. However, she realized she had something valuable to share with the world and decided to write her first novel "Battered Roses."She's inspired by her favorite Author Lurlene Mcdaniel and hopes her stories will make a difference in someone else's life like the stories she has read.When not writing words at her favorite coffee shop, she's chasing children, parrots, ducks, turkeys, geese, and an occasional dog or two.Maybe it's because she's always chasing after something, her characters are always feeling like they have to run for their lives.
