It also includes information on the processes of job searching, developing a personal information sheet, interviewing, and writing a follow-up letter. The last part of Basic Skills Review provides direction in the working world. It begins with information about completing job applications as well as insurance forms, etc. This information is followed by instructions for writing a memo, reporting an accident, and writing a business letter. Additional information on work ethics and character follows. This section includes comments on personal appearance, handling problems, developing personal relationships in the workplace, and becoming a loyal, trustworthy employee.
