Childbirth is a beautiful process and the most rewarding job that I have. With all of the beautiful elements we often forget about the elements that are not so beautiful. Many women (myself included) experience postpartum depression. We don't speak about it as openly as we should. Overcoming postpartum depression takes work and this journal is full of tools that I used to overcome and to truly get back to myself.

Autor

During my experience of being a social worker I continue to experience people that are truly hard on themselves and have a hard time forgiving themselves for past mistakes. I designed this journal in hopes that people will be able to change their perspective on life experiences and realize that mistakes are truly lessons. Those lessons are there for us to take with us and move on freely, leaving all negativity behind.
