At this modern age image based treatment is emerging as a popular approach. This work emphasis on automatic tumor detection in the MRI.Actually before this method there was no automatic method based on region growing. I have taken a number of sample MRI and applied on those images and found it successful up to 85%. Beside this automation work there are some limitations also. That is my future work scope.

Mukesh Kumar completed his graduation in computer science and Engg in the year 2006. He completed his post graduation in Computer Technology & Engg in the year 2011. This project proposes a research work in the field of image based tumor detection.He has published many papers in various reputed journals.
