The automated, self-driving PHENObot assessment platform was developed to accelerate and objectify the phenotyping required during vine breeding. This book focuses on the conceptual and design work involved in creating this assessment platform, its navigation, and the guidance of the sensor system for image data acquisition. Another component is the experimental testing and trial phase.
