Auderghem is adjacent to the municipalities of Etterbeek, Ixelles - Elsene, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre - Sint-Pieters-Woluwe, and Watermael-Boitsfort Watermaal-Bosvoorde. The municipality is governed by its 16th mayor, Didier Gosuin.
