Over this time, he has made extensive business connections across Europe and Asia, broadening his understanding of many different cultures and enhancing his ability to get on with people from different backgrounds. Throughout his career, he has been required to travel extensively, allowing him to draw from business practices in other countries to shape his leadership style.
