Joyce Addo-Atuah, PhD, is a multiple award-winning author and a pharmacist with a career in clinical practice, public health, and academia; she has focused solely on academia since 2008. An ordained Deaconess of the Church of Pentecost, a global Christian ministry, Dr. Joyce Addo-Atuah also served as a Board Member of the Pentecost Biblical Seminary (PBS) in New Jersey, USA, from 2017 to 2023. Known for her youthful vitality, Dr. Addo-Atuah has often been asked the "secret" to her boundless energy and youthful presence. For years, she answered that there was none-until she discovered scientific studies connecting gratitude to numerous life-enhancing benefits, including optimism, productivity, resilience, longevity, and generosity.
