Dr. Anuradha Tomar is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi. With over 12 years of experience in teaching and research, she is widely recognized for her contributions to the fields of power systems, renewable energy integration, and smart grid technologies. Dr. Tomar earned her B.E. in Electronics Instrumentation & Control from the University of Rajasthan, followed by an M.Tech in Power Systems from NIT Hamirpur. She completed her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. She also carried out postdoctoral research at the Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands, where she contributed to EU Horizon 2020 projects such as UNITED-GRID and UNICORN. Her research interests lie in microgrid operation, solar photovoltaic systems, energy-efficient industrial automation, and AI applications in power systems. She has published over 65 research papers in leading international journals including IEEE Transactions and holds several patents. She has also co-edited multiple technical books with reputed international publishers such as Springer and Elsevier. Dr. Tomar is a Senior Member of IEEE and a recipient of several academic honors, including the Premier Researcher Award and Commendable Patent Award from NSUT. Her name features among Stanford University's global list of top 2% scientists, underscoring her impact in the research community. Beyond academia, she actively mentors undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. students and serves as a faculty advisor for various student-led technical initiatives. Dr. Yog Raj Sood is affiliated to Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, where he is currently working as Professor (HAG) and has also served as Director of NIT Puducherry and Vice-Chancellor JIIT Noida. Dr. Yog Raj Sood has authored and co-authored more than 370, national and international publications and also works as an Editor/Editor-in-Chief/reviewer for reputed professional journals. Dr. Yog Raj Sood has an active association with different societies and academies around the world and he has made his mark in the scientific community with his contributions and wide recognition worldwide. His one patent was granted and three patents were published by the Indian Patent Office. Dr. Yog Raj Sood has received several awards for his contributions to the scientific community. He has completed three MHRD, Research projects and one DST, TIFAC-CORE Project of 5.30 Cr. Twelve research scholars have already completed Ph.D. under his guidance. Two more research scholars are pursuing their Ph.D. under his guidance. Recently one of his research articles, certified by Elsevier Publishers, was linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), helping to tackle some of the world's greatest challenges. He has major research interest in the field of AI application to power systems, deregulated power sector, congestion management, microgrid and renewable energy technologies. Dr. Ritu Kandari is a distinguished researcher and academic in the field of renewable energy integration, power electronics, and smart grid technologies and is presently working as an assistant professor in KIET group of Institutions, India. She earned her Ph.D. from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), New Delhi, in 2023, where her research centered on control strategies for microgrids with large-scale renewable energy penetration. Dr. Kandari has held notable positions in both academia and research, including her role as a Research Support Officer at the University of Malta, where she contributed to international projects on sustainable energy systems, and as an Assistant Professor at HMR Institute of Technology and Management, New Delhi, where she guided students in cutting-edge areas of electronics and renewable energy applications. Her contributions to the scientific community include publications in SCIE and Scopus-indexed journals, several book chapters, and her role as co-editor of multiple Elsevier volumes on energy technologies. She has also organized international conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs, reflecting her commitment to knowledge dissemination and academic leadership. A recognized innovator, Dr. Kandari holds a patent on an intelligent hybrid AC/DC microgrid, showcasing her ability to translate research into practical solutions. Her expertise spans renewable energy systems, IoT-enabled smart grids, and power conversion technologies, with a strong focus on advancing sustainable and resilient energy infrastructures.
