This activity has generated environmental, economic and social problems in the most vulnerable communities, which in some way depend on natural resources. This contributed to investigate and identify a sustainable alternative material for the construction of wooden buildings. This material presents adequate conditions for the construction of one and two-story buildings, it has adequate characteristics of durability, comfort, environmental friendliness among other benefits. It is intended then to present a type of sustainable building, which offers advantages to both vulnerable communities and the environment where these buildings are built.
