The variables evaluated were plant height, number of affected plants/treatment, and percentage of codling moth infestation. The results for plant height were highly significant for T1 (Bacillus thuringiensis) at 80 days after planting with an average of 213.3 cm, the average plant height, in the variable number of affected plants showed that T1 (Bacillus thuringiensis) presented the best result with only 4 plants affected during the trial, while T4 (control without application) presented the highest number of affected plants with 7.20, in the variable Percentage of budworm infestation.
