The main suggestions concern the adoption of legal texts relating to the organisation and operation of youth facilities in Burkina Faso; the development of a programme of activities based on the concerns of young people; the provision of sufficient qualified staff; the allocation of substantial financial resources for operation; and adequate and sufficient equipment.This work has also enabled us to contribute to wider reflection on the problems of managing and operating youth facilities in Burkina Faso.
