For the quantitative analysis, a survey was conducted among tourists between eighteen and fifty years of age. The results were presented in a Pareto diagram, showing three critical problems: the first problem was insufficient official tourist guides specialized in tourist activities in the area; the second problem was dissatisfaction on the part of the visitors due to the little tourist information they received; and finally, the third problem was that the establishments which are part of the tourist market in the province offer a deficient quality of service to the tourists.
