This book explores climate change and energy issues from various angles. Chapter 1 discusses the bilateral development cooperation related to climate technology in climate-related development finance. Chapter 2 provides a quantitative analysis of the competitiveness of the domestic renewable energy industry and its potential targets using GE Matrix and RCA index. In addition, Chapter 3 introduces the quantitative techniques to support "spatial adaptation to climate change" and suggests a framework so that users can achieve optimal spatial adaption. Chapter 4 examines energy consumption and energy price variations of 20 OECD countries from 1978 to 2013 that contributes to formulating more effective national energy price policies.

Jung, Tae Yong
Tae Yong Jung is currently a professor at the Graduate School of International Studies and Director of the Research Center for Global Sustainability, Yonsei University. He holds a BA from Seoul National University and an MA and Ph.D. from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
