This book is intended for seniors and all those whose lives have been touched by us. This includes our children, grandchildren, relatives, neighbours, friends, and the caregivers of seniors. Seniors aged 80 to 100+ are people of longevity, those who push towards and past the average age of mortality. Those aged 65-79 are considered young seniors. My free verse poetry is a simple and honest expression of who I am as a person of longevity.
