Prof. Aybay, currently teaches at Istanbul Gedik University. Prof. Dr. Mark Villiger who wrote the Foreword for this book served as a judge 2006-2015 and Section President 2012-2015 at the European Court of Human Rights and presently teaches International Law and European Law at Zürich Switzerland University.
