Better understanding of cancer biology for the development of novel and effective therapeutics has been a matter of concerned since last twenty years and it has focussed on the molecular mechanisms of cell growth control and tumorigenesis.Considering the above facts, the present book is all about to study the synthesis, characterization of macroporus poly (N-isopropyl acryalamide) hydrogel scaffold and control drug delivery monitoring of vincristine and cisplatin from hydrogel scaffolds. The antitumourous effect of vincristine, cisplatin and their hydrogel scaffolds on transmissible venereal tumour in canine. The changes in haemato-biochemical parameters in TVT affected dogs after administration of vincristine sulphate, cisplatin and their hydrogel scaffolds.
