I was in London for work and my wife and children were back in Australia. I was missing them so much I started to write a poem about cooking as I cooked all the time for my kids and would turn it into a theme and a feast. The initial poem was of Australian animals and how I would joke and have fun in the kitchen whilst the kids would help me present a meal with a story.
