Vugar Abdullayev, Doctor of Technical Sciences, is an associate professor in the Computer Engineering department at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Baku, Azerbaijan. Babasaheb Jadhav is an associate professor in the area of finance and international business at Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Global Business School and Research Centre, Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pimpri, Pune (Maharashtra), India. Shashi Kant Gupta is a director and researcher at the research department of CREP, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Gilbert Morris, National Public Reader of the Bahamas appointed by the Prime Minister, is Ambassador-at-Large and Scholar-in-Residence at the Bahamas Foreign Services Institute (BFSI).
