The quantum mechanics experiments reviewed show that consciousness, or mind, actually can and does create matter. This, combined with findings of research conducted at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and other credible sources referenced, clearly indicates that the widely accepted theory known as Physicalism, that only physical matter exists and that consciousness is created by and confined to the brain, cannot possibly be valid. The book's author maintains that "It's clear from the research findings reported upon in this new edition that the universe is a mental construct and that the Nobel Prize-winning father of quantum theory, Max Planck [1858-1947], was correct when he stated that he regarded consciousness as the fundamental reality.
