Autor

Professor Keith Waldron is Senior Scientist at the Institute of Food Research, UK where he is head of the "Sustainability of the Food Chain Exploitation Platform." His current research interests include the development of biofuels and platform chemicals from agri-food chain waste biomass. He is also the Editor of "Handbook of waste management and co-product recovery in food processing, Volumes 1 and 2" (Woodhead, 2007 and 2009) and "Bioalcohol production: Biochemical conversion of lignocellulosic biomass" (Woodhead, 2010).
