This book will encourage our students and teachers to develop their online courses by using mobile learning technology. Institutions will offer online study and online university will be the Multi Media University MMU. Organization and Designing the LMS learning Management System on the Moodle platform will offer forums, discussion panels, video conferences with group sharing. The UNESCO Pedagogical model is the basic standard for the online course. All teachers are invited to create their online courses with formative and summative assessments. All students have the possibility to apply for their quiz assessment and the grades for eachsequence and each session is automatically estimated and evaluated. Quality assurance and quality control for the course material is examined and tested before publishing in order to reach the QUAS.
