He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, Nova Southeastern University and Argosy University, with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. He is a Diplomate and Clinical Mental Health Trauma Specialist (DCMHS) of the American Mental Health Counselors Association, and the author of several other books on a wide variety of topics (www.drpercysbooks.com).
