Aubrey Mast, MPH is a Nutrition and Lifestyle Professor, Holistic Health and Life Coach, Intuitive, Herbalist, and Personal Plant-Based Chef with over fifteen years of experience. Her undergrad degree is a B.S. in Health and Wellness Promotion, Masters's is in Public Health. In both degrees, her focus was on nutrition. Currently, she is completing her Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine. She resides in the mountains of North Carolina. She is frequently found painting, hiking, or sitting next to rivers.
