It is intended to show how law and science interact between themselves and how development of one field impacts the development of another. Part three discusses the interaction of biotechnologies and bioethics with the most important category of modern legal order - human rights and freedoms. Part four is dedicated to show the issues when biotechnologies developments can be considered as a subject for criminal law regulations.
