Professor Dr. Snehangshu Shekhar Chanda was born in 1968 at Boalia,Rajbari in Bangladesh.He completed B.A ( Hons) in English and M.A in English from Rajshahi University in Bangladesh.He did his Ph.D in English Linguistics from American World University,USA.He is working as Professor of English at Sylhet Agricultural University,Bangladesh.
