Based on conceptualization and formulation of this study, mainly three psychological variables were selected to investigate its status among coaches working under different organisational environment. These psychological variables were found to be highly relevant to investigate in relation to working environment in an organisation were Leadership effectiveness, Job satisfaction and Occupational stress, .
