The purpose of this book is to convey to people that both men and women can survive and move on with their lives and reach happiness. It further advocates:· If you contemplating suicide, talk to a close friend.· If you are in love with someone, do not marry anyone else.· If you have a duty, do it, no matter how many difficulties you may face.· Forget the past and stay with your own consciousness. You can find happiness, which is not too far away; it is within you.
