Along with a handful of co-workers from all walks of life, he draws upon previous experiences to navigate through these crossroads and to assist in forging a path toward the future. Circumstances prompt him to reflect on his life, starting from the earliest memories of his childhood in Baltimore during the end of the civil rights movement, and leading up to his life today. This semi-autobiogaphical story spans the life of a man and the family and friends who left an impact on him along the way.
