The importance of understanding the principle of indemnity cannot be understated when it comes to assessing the merits of any motor claim - getting it wrong can be costly, time consuming, and in the worst-case scenario, result in an otherwise good claim (or defence) failing altogether. Daniel King is a Barrister (Lincoln's Inn) specialising in insurance law, personal injury, and civil fraud. As a former Solicitor (with Higher Rights of audience), his experience in the sector spans more than twenty years having worked for some of the most prominent national and international insurance law firms. He read law at the University of Newcastle before completing the Legal Practice Course at the Chester College of Law, Christleton.
