This study was to determine influence of Gymnema sylvestre on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of Oral antihyperglycemic drugs in streptozotocin induced hyperglycemic rats. Results have indicated the negative effect of Gymnema Sylvestre on pharmacokinetics but positive effect on pharmacodynamics of oral hypoglycemic drugs.
