Catherine grew up in outback Queensland, Australia, and is now happily married and has three daughters, three stepsons and three grandchildren, plus a number of family members she has adopted via her heart. Catherine believes life is a continual learning and healing process, regardless of whether you have faced trauma in your life or not.
