As a mental health clinician and new author, I enjoy gathering info about life and helping people find their purpose and meaning in life. I truly love my career path and feel blessed to do this type of work. I am dual licensed psychotherapist in Georgia and Maryland and focus on client's trauma, depression, and anxiety. For those suffering with PTSD, I offer EMDR as one of my certifications. I hold several degrees. I have a Bachelor of Fine Art with comprehensive training in Cognitive Behavior and Expressive Art Form. I believe that a combination of therapies are excellent ways of instilling new behaviors and positive communicating more effectively. Your voice matters in life and needs to be heard. We all have a story worth hearing. Recently, I authored a book, "A Heart's Betrayal, A Christian Women's Journey of Self-Discovery after Divorce."
