Autor

A Guinean academic, he holds a Master's degree in accounting and management from the Université Général Lansana Conté in Sonfonia, Conakry, Guinea; a DESS in public treasury from the Ecole Nationale du Trésor Public in Noisiel, France; and a Master's degree in corporate auditing and finance from the Institut International de Management in Niamey, Niger.
