Mark Berridge's international corporate career came to an abrupt halt in March 2019 when he fractured two vertebrae and five bones in a bicycling accident. A severe spinal cord injury triggered a personal battle to overcome the ongoing muscular and sensory impacts of his accident.His determination to achieve an exceptional recovery was driven by the intense fear of those first hours, weeks and days; by his sudden and deep sense of a fractured identity - an identity he desperately wanted back.Mark now writes and speaks about facing adversity, and the actions and attitudes that supported his recovery. His joy for life, curiosity, personal empathy and hunger for improvement provide the foundation of his work. He is passionate about motivating people to pursue better outcomes and find their worth in life.Mark is a father of three exceptional children and the loving husband of Lucy.
