It introduces a newly developed method of my own, the "X method", who's sole purpose is to ease and facilitate a fun and enjoyable, but also rich and meaningful, accessible way to experience and explore the moving the body in guided improvisation and to enjoy Dance. This method was developed to help its user in a way that they can channel the flow oft heir creativity, from and to; dancers, choreographers, physical artists, circus performers, etc... and others alike that in their explorations, end up spending long hours in the studio researching movement. I developed this method so that this studio time could become extremely productive but also fun, intuitive, playful, and at the same time, deep and meaningful for all those involved. Everyone can benefit from it, as it is an easy way to allow for creativity to spawn. Weather from yourself, your dancers, physical performers or others involved, you'll be able to bring the outcome of your work with this method, as a new element that you can add to the pallet of your creative process. Another thing you can expect from this method, is that it allows for a shared creative journey, one that becomes an interchanging collaboration of engagement, where everyone feels involved and a part of.
