A Bird Feeder with No Feed

Beschreibung

A bear gets a eulogy. A worker termite contemplates its role. A tiny squirrel meets its end. Inside is a collection of nature-oriented poetry. Written over a 21-day span, these poems are an intersection of the natural, spiritual, and philosophical. These poems are about my journey on a trail that was unbroken before I trekked it. While in the woods, I recorded each line, threw out as many breadcrumbs, and tried to find my way back- without a landmark for my direction. Now, I'm here to report my observations.

Autor

Joseph's works have appeared in publications throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond- including in the Hudson Valley Writer's Guild, Rockland County Times, and Connecticut's The Goshen News. When not writing, Joseph enjoys hiking in the Catskills and biking the rail trails throughout the Hudson Valley. He lives in Westchester County with his wife.
