The purpose of the study was to develop a procedure that could be used by residential development companies to collect quality inspection data that can be entered into a database for report generation and quality trend analysis grouped by subcontractor, project manager, and community. While the study focuses on framing checklists, the procedure could be adapted to include checklists for any construction operation or process.
