46669 Wangyongzhi (provisional designation: 1996 LK) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Beijing Schmidt CCD Asteroid Program at the Xinglong Station in the Yan Mountains of China on June 6, 1996. It is named after Wang Yongzhi, a Chinese aerospace scientist. Asteroids (from Greek 'star' and 'like, in form') are a class of Small Solar System Bodies in orbit around the Sun.
