Die Geschichte war bei uns Schullektüe im Englischunterricht und ich besitze selbstverständlich auch die deutsche Übrsetzung.
Ich war in der Schule schon begeistert und bin es immer noch. Selbst bei den Tieren ist es wie überall, wehe wenn die Falschen an die Macht kommen.
Eigentlich könnten sie doch so friedlich miteinander leben, wenn es nicht immer wieder diese Machthungrigen gäbe.
Ein wunderbares Buch das mehr als zum nachdenken anregt und jedem Leser begreiflich zu machen versucht, wie wichtig es ist mit Macht vorsichtig umzugehen.
Für mich war es eine der wichtigten Schullektüren nd ich kann diese Buch absolut weiterempfehlen. Ob nun in englischer oder deutscher Sprache ist dabei irrelevant.
