Rosemary is a development professional in project planning and management, HIV/AIDS, Gender, Leadership, training and facilitation skills. She is a lecturer at Ndejje University and Country Coordinator for the Global Women's Leadership Network-Ug Chapter. She holds a Masters and Bachelors Degree in Development Studies of Uganda Matyrs University
