Autorenporträt
The Author: Erik S. Schmeller is Assistant Professor of History at Tennessee State University. Since earning his M.A. in English and a Ph.D. in history, Schmeller has taught courses in Early America, British Empire, and Methods of Teaching Social Studies. He also has research interests in nineteenth-century literary nationalism and the pedagogy of race.
